AXCR2025 will kick off with a ceremonial start in Pattaya on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, and from the next day, the racers will travel a grueling course north across Thailand covering a total distance of approximately 2,500 km, before returning to the finish line in Pattaya. This year's AXCR will be larger in scale than usual to commemorate the 30th anniversary, and will be held over nine days from August 8th to August 16th.

The Tras Power135 TRD HILUX features a Tras body made from natural fiber composite material. This year's vehicle is designed to make the natural fiber body look great, making the most of the color of the material itself, and the unusual body design with the visible texture of grass is eye-catching. The natural fibers used are ampliTex™ and powerRibs™ from Bcomp. The vehicle is a Hilux GR Sport 2025 Australian specification. The Tras Power135 TRD HILUX is even more powerful than last year and is aiming for the top spots!

WÜRTH will sponsor the Tras Power135 TRD HILUX team with chemical products for use during the 9 day rally. WÜRTH will provide a wide range of chemical products to help ensure the efficient and effective operation of the vehicles. In preparation for each leg of the rally, the vehicles will undergo thorough daily maintenance.
Natural Fiber from Bcomp, Switzerland
The Tras Power135 TRD HILUX vehicle uses natural fiber (flax natural fiber prepreg) from Bcomp. Bcomp and Tras have collaborated to actively promote the use of natural fiber products in Asia. The realization of a Hilux with a natural fiber body is the result of Tras' technological capabilities and close communication between the two companies. Our team won a special award for the use of sustainable natural fiber materials in the T1D class at the AXCR 2022. Since then, we have completed the demanding AXCR every year to further enhance and verify the practicality of vehicles with natural fiber bodies. Parts made with Bcomp's flax-based ampliTex™ and powerRibs™ reduce CO2 emissions from manufacturing to disposal by up to 85% compared to carbon fiber parts.
Plant-based organic base oil
In addition to its sustainable natural fiber body, the Tras Power 135 TRD HILUX uses Motul racing oil. This sustainable organic base oil is made from plant-based ingredients, not fossil fuels. Since plants absorb carbon dioxide and convert it into oxygen during their growth process, using plant-based ingredients reduces CO2 emissions during product manufacturing.

Based on our experience up until 2024, we will once again complete the full distance of the AXCR2025 with the Tras Power135 TRD HILUX, which features a body made from Tras natural fiber, pursuing even higher quality and performance. We appreciate your support!
